Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
Tensor Space LLC ("Tensor Space," "we," "us," or "our") provides Advisory Guide and the JovikaAI services that power it. This policy explains the information Advisory Guide processes, why it is used, where it goes, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
Account information
We process your email address, authentication identifier, account creation time, and the basic profile information supplied by your sign-in provider. Authentication is provided through Auth0.
Content you prepare
We store the conversations, profiles, primers, notes, job descriptions, resumes, documents, and other context you choose to save in your account. This content is associated with your account so it is available to the Windows client. You can edit or delete it from the account portal.
Audio and transcript processing
Advisory Guide captures the Windows audio source you select only after you start listening. Speech recognition runs on your PC. Parakeet.cpp is the primary speech-recognition engine, with a bundled Whisper engine available as a compatibility fallback. Raw audio is not intentionally uploaded to or stored by Tensor Space.
When you arm or start a session, Advisory Guide sends the prepared context you selected to the JovikaAI inference service. When you press Suggest, it sends transcript text and relevant conversation history over an encrypted connection so the service can generate a reply. Tensor Space does not intentionally retain that live transcript text as a server-side transcript file. Production transcript logging is disabled by default. Transcript text can remain visible in the running app until you clear it, restart, end the session, or close the app.
Session, entitlement, and diagnostic information
We process session identifiers, session type, start and end times, session state, credit and subscription balances, usage counts, cooldown state, worker assignment, and service-health events. Our infrastructure and security providers may also process connection information such as IP address, request time, browser or app type, and error details. Diagnostic crash logs produced by the Windows client remain on your PC unless you choose to send them to us for support.
Payments and product communications
Stripe processes payment-card details on Stripe-hosted pages. We receive identifiers and status information needed to provide subscriptions, credits, invoices, and support; we do not receive your complete card number. If you request Early Access or product updates, we store the email address, optional company name, source, and submission time that you provide.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, prepared context, and live guidance.
- Administer sessions, credits, subscriptions, and billing.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse, and operate the service.
- Respond to support requests and product communications.
- Measure reliability and improve product performance.
We do not use your live transcripts, prepared content, resumes, or documents to train a generalized AI model unless you separately give us permission for a specific program.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate Advisory Guide, including Auth0 for identity, Amazon Web Services for application hosting and storage, Lambda Labs for temporary GPU inference capacity, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information for the services they perform and under their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use Advisory Guide content for third-party targeted advertising.
Storage and retention
- Prepared content remains in your account until you delete it or request account deletion.
- Recent session records are retained for approximately seven days.
- Usage records needed for billing, fraud prevention, and account history can be retained for up to 400 days.
- Product-update requests remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Local preferences, prepared slots, and optional engineering logs remain under your Windows user profile until you remove them.
Your choices
You control when Advisory Guide listens and when it sends text for cloud inference. Stop Listening stops audio processing. Ending a session stops further inference for that session. You can clear the visible transcript, delete prepared content, and delete your Advisory Guide product data from the account portal.
Product-data deletion removes the records owned by your Advisory Guide account. Your authentication identity is maintained by Auth0 so you can sign in again. To request deletion of that identity as well, or to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email us at the address below.
Conversation consent
Laws and workplace policies governing transcription and automated assistance vary. You are responsible for providing required notice and obtaining permission from conversation participants before using Advisory Guide. The Windows client asks you to confirm this before sending prepared context or transcript text to the cloud.
Security
We use encrypted network connections, access controls, short-lived session credentials, and encryption at rest for cloud-stored account content. Every online service carries risk, so we also encourage users to avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in prepared context.
Children
Advisory Guide is designed for professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account portal, or email when appropriate.
