Email shawn.barnes@tensorspace.net. Include the Advisory Guide version, your Windows version, what you expected, and the exact error message. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, or complete payment-card details.

Installation requirements

• Windows 10 or 11 on an x64 PC.
• 8 GB RAM and 2 GB available storage.
• A stable broadband connection.
• A working Windows audio output, headset, or microphone.

Sign-in help

Create an account at app.tensorspace.net, then select Sign in from the Windows client. Complete authentication in your browser and return to Advisory Guide. The browser and app must use the same account.

Early Access sessions

Early Access credits are currently approved manually. A session begins only after coherent inference capacity is ready. Cold capacity can require additional startup time; failed startup attempts do not spend a credit.

Audio and privacy

Start Listening controls local speech recognition. Raw audio stays on the PC. When you request a suggestion, transcript text and the prepared context you selected are sent securely to the JovikaAI inference service. Review the full Privacy Policy for data controls and retention details.

Account and data requests

Delete prepared content from the account portal. Use the account deletion control to remove Advisory Guide product data. Contact support for authentication-identity deletion, access, correction, or export requests.
