Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Advisory Guide and the JovikaAI services operated by Tensor Space LLC ("Tensor Space"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Early Access service

Advisory Guide is currently offered through an Early Access program. Features, capacity, session availability, and supported integrations can change as the product develops. Early Access accounts and credits may be approved manually.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Conversation permission

Advisory Guide can process audio from calls and meetings. You must follow the laws, contracts, and workplace policies that apply to your conversation. You are responsible for providing notice and obtaining permission from every participant when required. Do not use Advisory Guide where transcription or automated assistance is prohibited.

Prepared content and live processing

You retain ownership of the profiles, documents, notes, and other content you provide. You grant Tensor Space a limited right to host, transmit, and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve Advisory Guide. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated guidance

Advisory Guide produces suggested language for you to evaluate. Suggestions can contain errors, incomplete information, or unsuitable wording. You remain responsible for what you say and for decisions made from the output. Verify important factual, legal, medical, financial, safety, and compliance claims with a qualified source before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Advisory Guide to:

• Violate law, contract, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization.
• Harass, exploit, defraud, or facilitate harmful activity.
• Bypass credits, session limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Upload content you lack permission to process.

Credits, subscriptions, and availability

Session credits provide access to eligible sessions and have no cash value. Paid plans, when available, follow the pricing and limits shown at purchase. GPU capacity and network services can affect startup time and availability. A cold start consumes no credit until a session successfully begins.

Software and updates

Tensor Space grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the Advisory Guide client with your account. We may provide updates that correct defects, improve security, or change compatibility. Tensor Space and its licensors retain all rights in the software, service, models, branding, and documentation.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your product data through the account portal. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or material harm to the service or other users.

Service warranty and liability

Advisory Guide is provided on an “as available” basis during Early Access. To the extent permitted by law, Tensor Space disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
